- The current status map shall be prepared based on the topographic map with VN-2000 coordinate system, appropriate central meridian and projection zone for the mining area map as specified in the Mineral Exploitation Permit. The scale of the current status map must ensure the complete representation of all related contents to the mineral bodies being mined and should not be smaller than the corresponding scale in the approved mineral exploitation investment project or mine design;- The current status cross-sectional drawings shall be prepared on the same scale or larger scale than the current status map and must reflect information about the morphology, position, and geological structure of the mineral bodies being mined at the time of preparation;- The current status map and cross-sectional drawings of the mining area must be prepared and represented on paper and can utilize computer application software to create 2D, 3D models but must accurately reflect actual documents and data. Symbols, forms, and contents of elements on the current status map and cross-sectional drawings must be consistent with the drawings in the mineral exploration report, mineral exploitation investment project, mine design, and provisions of relevant laws.
