New points in qualification standards for Officers majoring in National Reserves from July 18 (Illustration)

1. Standards for training and retraining of key preservation technicians in Vietnam

- Holding a university degree or higher with technical majors in accordance with job placement requirements;

- Holding a certificate of training in state management knowledge and skills for civil servants with the rank of principal and equivalent or higher degree in political - administrative theory in Vietnam.

(Compared with Circular 77/2019/TT-BTC, the senior degree in political theory can replace the certificate of training in state management knowledge and skills for civil servants; no longer prescribing foreign language certificates, informatics certificates)

2. Standards for training and retraining of preservation technicians in Vietnam

- Holding a university degree or higher with technical majors in accordance with the requirements of the job position;

- Holding a certificate of training in state management knowledge and skills for civil servants and equivalent employees in Vietnam.

(Compared to Circular 77/2019/TT-BTC, no longer stipulates foreign language certificate, informatics certificate)

3. Standards for training and retraining of intermediate maintenance technicians in Vietnam

Holding a college diploma or higher with technical majors suitable to the requirements of the job position.

(Compared to Circular 77/2019/TT-BTC, no longer stipulates the certificate of intermediate maintenance technician training program; no longer stipulates foreign language certificate, informatics certificate)

4. Standards for training and retraining of storekeepers in Vietnam

Holding a college diploma or higher with a major in economics or engineering in accordance with the requirements of the job position.

(Compared to Circular 77/2019/TT-BTC, no longer stipulates the certificate of intermediate maintenance technician training program; no longer stipulates foreign language certificate, informatics certificate)

Circular 29/2022/TT-BTC dated 18/7/2022 replaces Circular 77/2019/TT-BTC.
