Decision 1392/QD-BHXH dated July 1, 2022 stipulates the process of receiving the Decision on benefit entitlement and unemployment payment by public service “Solving unemployment benefits” on the National Public Service Portal of Vietnam.

According to the Decision in Vietnam, the time limit for settlement of unemployment benefits on the national public service portal is as follows:
The maximum is 02 working days from the date the social insurance agency receives the decision on occupational allowance.
In addition, the responsibilities of the units under Vietnam Social Security are as follows:
- Department of Social Insurance Implementation, Department of Social Insurance Book and Health Insurance Card of Vietnam: Take charge and cooperate with relevant units in directing, organizing, and guiding the implementation of this process.
Promptly propose and solve problems in the implementation organization based on the task assigned and function.
- Information Technology Center: Adjust and supplement functions on professional software to meet the implementation of this process; provide guidance and timely solve problems in the process of using professional software.
- Units under the Vietnam Social Security: Based on their functions and tasks, organize and implement.
In the course of implementation, if any problems arise, they should be promptly reported to the Department of Social Insurance Implementation, the Department of Social Insurance Book and Health Insurance Card of Vietnam.
