Reporting Regime of the Provinces and Cities within the Capital Region - Regulations
According to Article 25 of Decree 91/2021/ND-CP (Effective from December 5, 2021) stipulating reporting policies as follows:
Annually, before December 31, the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities in the Capital Region and the relevant ministries and agencies are responsible for submitting annual reports on the results of implementing the assigned tasks as stipulated in this Decree. These reports shall be sent to the Office of the Regional Coordination Council for aggregation and reporting to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam and the Chairman of the Capital Region Coordination Council.
