Management of construction surveys within the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam
According to Article 6 of Circular 174/2021/TT-BQP, the management of construction surveys within the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam is stipulated as follows:
1. Contents of construction survey quality management include:
a) Preparation and approval of construction survey tasks;
b) Preparation and approval of technical plans for construction surveys;
c) Implementation of construction surveys;
d) Acceptance and approval of construction survey results;
dd) Management of construction survey activities.
2. The contents of points a, b, c, d, and dd in Clause 1 of this Article shall follow the regulations in Articles 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30 of Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP dated March 3, 2021, of the Government of Vietnam detailing some contents on the management of construction investment projects (hereafter referred to as Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP).
Management of construction design within the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam
According to Article 7 of this Circular, the management of construction design within the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam is stipulated as follows:
1. Contents of construction design management include:
a) Phases of construction design;
b) Construction design tasks;
c) Specifications of construction design dossiers;
d) Management of construction design activities;
dd) Appraisal and approval of construction designs for implementation following basic design.
2. The contents of points a, b, c, d, and đ in Clause 1 of this Article shall follow the regulations in Articles 31, 32, 33, 34 of Decree No. 15/2021/ND-CP and Circular No. 106/2021/TT-BQP dated August 6, 2021, of the Minister of National Defense regulating the appraisal and approval of construction designs for implementation following basic design within the Ministry of National Defense of Vietnam.
