All Violations Committed by 13-Year-Old Individuals Will Not Be Subject to Administrative Penalties
Based on Point a Clause 1 Article 5 of the 2012 Law on Handling Administrative Violations, it is stipulated as follows:
- Subjects subject to administrative penalties include:
a) Persons from 14 to under 16 years of age shall be administratively penalized for intentional administrative violations; persons aged 16 and older shall be administratively penalized for all administrative violations.
Thus, any violations by a 13-year-old will not be subject to administrative penalties according to the above regulation.
