Penalty for Not Specifying the Time of Fuel Sales

Based on Clause 1, Article 35 of Decree 99/2020/ND-CP, it is stipulated as follows:

"Article 35. Other violations of regulations on retailing gasoline

1. A fine of 1,000,000 to 3,000,000 VND shall be imposed for the act of not recording or not clearly recording the selling time in the selling area as prescribed.

Additionally, according to Article 5 of this Decree, it is stipulated: The fines specified in Chapters II, III, and IV of this Decree are the fines applicable to organizations. In cases where administrative violations are committed by individuals, the fine shall be half of the fine stipulated for organizations.

Article 35 belongs to Chapter III, so the above fine is applied to organizations. Therefore, individuals committing violations will be fined half of the fine stipulated for organizations.

Thus, in the case where the owner of a gasoline retail store does not clearly record the selling time in the selling area, they will be fined from 500,000 to 1,500,000 VND.
