What is the Greenhouse Gas Emission Quota?
According to Clause 33, Article 3 of the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 (Effective from January 1, 2022), the following provisions are stipulated:
A greenhouse gas emission quota is the amount of greenhouse gas allowed to be emitted by a nation, organization, or individual within a specified period, calculated in tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) or equivalent tons of carbon dioxide (CO2).
