What is Environmental Registration?
According to Clause 9, Article 3 of the Law on Environmental Protection 2020 (Effective January 1, 2022) stipulates as follows:
Environmental registration is the process by which an investment project owner, production, business, or service establishment registers with the state management agency the relevant contents regarding waste discharge and environmental protection measures of the investment project, production, business, or service establishment (hereinafter collectively referred to as the investment project, establishment).
