What are methods of determining the actual mineral output of mineral water and natural hot water mines in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Circular 17/2020/TT-BTNMT stipulating methods of determining the actual mineral output of mineral water and natural hot water mines in Vietnam as follows:

The actual mineral production of mineral water and natural hot water mines is the average of output values determined from the following data sources:

1. Output data from statistics, summarizing and recording the flow of mineral water and natural hot water at the borehole (in the case of mineral water, natural hot water extracted from the borehole) or aggregate data on the use of mineral water, natural hot water for different purposes in the production technology process according to the approved mine design (in the case of mineral water, natural hot water extracted from self-flowing sources).

2. Statistical output data are aggregated from invoices and financial documents in the year of calculation.

What are statistical forms to determine the actual mined mineral output and report on statistics and inventory of mined mineral reserves in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Article 21 of the Circular 17/2020/TT-BTNMT stipulating statistical forms to determine the actual mined mineral output and report on statistics and inventory of mined mineral reserves in Vietnam as follows:

1. The statistics to determine the actual mined mineral output are made according to the form No. 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07 attached to this Circular.

2. The report on statistics and inventory of mined mineral reserves shall be made according to form No. 01 of this Circular. The calculation time is until December 31 of each year, in accordance with the period of making periodic reports on mineral exploitation activities.

What are included in the form of statistical report and inventory of mineral reserves in Vietnam?

Pursuant to Form No. 01 issued together with Circular 17/2020/TT-BTNMT stipulating the form of statistical report and inventory of mineral reserves in Vietnam as follows:

Form No. 01. Statistical report and inventory of mineral reserves

(Issued together with Circular No. /2020/TT-BTNMT dated (day/month) in 2020 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment)

2. Address/telephone/fax: ………………………………………………………..

3. Email: …………………………………………………………………………………………..

Exploiting minerals at: ……..…………………… according to the Mining License No: ..../ ....... (day/month) in 20....... issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment/Provincial People's Committee ....

4. Area of mining area in the reporting period/total area of mining area (recorded in the mining license).

5. Actual mining method: open-pit/underground.

II. Results of determination of mined mineral reserves

1. Number of mines/locations being exploited: or number of mines being exploited:...

2. Total volume of primary minerals in the reporting period (newly taken out of the natural state, before being transported to the mine's warehouse or to the mineral separation/classification/enrichment area): … …………………… tons, m3, kg....

- Actual mineral loss rate (%): …………………….

- Actual rate of mineral poverty (%): …………………….

- Actual average content of useful ingredients (calculated according to permitted minerals) in the reporting period: …………………… %, g/m3, kg/m3...

3. Total volume of minerals recovered after mineral extraction/classification/enrichment in the reporting period:………… tons, m3, kg....

- Real gain in the process of separation/classification/enrichment

4. Total volume of soil and rock waste in the reporting period:... m3, tons

5. Actual average peeling coefficient: …………ton/m3, m3/m3, ton/ton...

III. Information on exploration and upgrading of mineral reserves (if any)

1. Total number of trenches: ... /... m3 /piece.
