a) The City Command for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue urgently implement plans and plans to respond to tornadoes, lightning and hail in the city.

b) Departments - departments - branches, districts - districts, wards - communes - townships implement prevention, avoidance and response:

- On land:

+ To build solid works and houses, regularly brace the houses to increase their stability to prevent tornadoes and hail. + Regularly monitor weather and natural disasters on the mass media to promptly take measures to prevent, avoid and respond effectively.

- On rivers and seas:

The competent authorities notifying, requesting and inspecting the owners of vessels and boats operating on rivers and seas must ensure the following requirements:

+ All sailors and crew members must wear life jackets and fully prepare lifebuoys on board ships and boats while on the river or at sea;

+ When seeing tornadoes or hail, they must quickly return to the shore or move to find a safe place to avoid and shelter;

+ To rationally organize the fishing squad at sea, in which to ensure reasonable distances and distances between ships and boats to promptly assist each other when in distress;

+ Regularly check communication systems and equipment to ensure efficient operation to promptly notify authorities when encountering incidents, dangerous and adverse situations.

4. Organization of remedial work

After the occurrence of tornadoes, lightning, hail and accidents caused by fog that restricts visibility, departments, agencies, People's Committees of Thu Duc city and districts according to their functions and tasks urgently mobilize forces, means, supplies and equipment to quickly handle incidents and overcome consequences of natural disasters, focusing on a number of urgent tasks:

- Urgent rescue and rescue for people and properties;

- Actively cut off the power locally at the incident place as soon as the unsafe situation in the operation of the power grid is detected due to the influence of cyclones or lightning. After overcoming, repairing and ensuring the safety of the power system, the electricity supply must be restored to the area immediately so that the people can stabilize their daily life and production;
