Training Program for Positions at the Regional Dispatch Level

In Article 14 of the Procedure for Inspection and Issuance of Operating Certificates for Titles Directly Involved in the National Electricity System Dispatching and Operation, issued with Decision 69/QD-DTDL in 2018, the training program for titles at Regional Dispatch Levels is stipulated as follows:

- The Regional Dispatch Level is responsible for developing detailed training content and organizing training for the positions of Dispatcher, Method Engineer, and SCADA/EMS Engineer at the Regional Dispatch Level in accordance with the requirements of regional electricity system dispatching and the contents stipulated in Article 11, Article 12, and Article 13 of this Procedure.

- The training period for positions directly involved in dispatching work at the Regional Dispatch Level is conducted according to the National Electricity System Dispatching Procedure issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

- For retraining regional dispatchers, the Regional Dispatch Level is responsible for developing training content and prescribing retraining periods in line with the National Electricity System Dispatching Procedure issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and this Procedure, ensuring updates on new content, information about the electricity system, and legal documents directly related to dispatching and operation.
