(3) The monitoring station no longer meets the design objectives and tasks due to natural impacts or socio-economic activities.

d) Report on the results of the survey for the relocation or change of position, using the Form 02 issued with this Circular.
dd) Evaluation dossier, cost estimation, and plan for the relocation or change of position of the monitoring station.
e) Dossier for filling up unused wells in the case of relocation involving drilling or digging wells.
g) Report on the results of trial operation in the case of relocation or replacement of the monitoring facility, using Form 03 issued with this Circular.

1. The unit responsible for managing and operating prepares a report assessing the current status and proposes a handling plan to be submitted to the competent authority for decision-making.
2. The competent authority reviews the decision to approve the direction, report, relocation plan, change of position, or dissolution of the monitoring station and assigns tasks to the implementing unit.
3. The assigned unit organizes the implementation of the relocation, change of position, or dissolution of the monitoring station according to the approved decision.
4. Establish connections and update information and data from the monitoring station into the water resource information system and database.
Therefore, the procedure for implementing the relocation, change of position, and dissolution of underground water resource monitoring stations is as follows:
Step 1: The unit responsible for managing and operating prepares a report assessing the current status and proposes a handling plan to be submitted to the competent authority for decision-making.
