Report on the appraisal results of the strategic environmental assessment report

Adopting feedback on the appraisal and reporting the results of the appraisal of the strategic environmental assessment report shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of Circular 27/2015/TT-BTNMT on strategic environmental assessment, environmental impact assessment, and environmental protection planning issued by the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment. Specifically:

- The agency assigned to develop the strategy, planning, and plan is responsible for studying and adopting the opinions of the appraisal council and sending it back to the appraisal agency:

+ One (01) explanation document regarding the adoption of the opinions of the appraisal council of the strategic environmental assessment report in accordance with the form specified in Appendix 1.4 of this Circular;

+ One (01) strategic environmental assessment report accompanied by a copy recorded on a CD; one (01) draft strategy, planning, and plan that has been completed based on research and adoption of the opinions of the appraisal council.

- Within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) working days from the date of receiving the completed strategic environmental assessment report based on research and adoption of the opinions of the appraisal council sent by the agency assigned to develop the strategy, planning, and plan, the strategic environmental assessment report appraisal agency is responsible for reporting to the competent authority for approval of the strategy, planning, and plan regarding the results of the appraisal of the strategic environmental assessment report in accordance with the form specified in Appendix 1.5 of this Circular.
