Regulations on Protecting the Scene for Fire and Explosion Investigation
The protection of the scene for fire and explosion investigation is stipulated in Clause 1, Article 41 of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting 2001 with the content as follows:
The police force is responsible for organizing the protection, examination of the scene, and investigation of the fire; agencies, organizations, households, and individuals where the fire occurred are responsible for participating in the protection of the fire scene and providing factual information about the fire to competent state authorities.
In addition, the fire prevention and fighting police are responsible for preparing the fire dossier, evaluating the firefighting efficiency, participating in the scene examination, and determining the cause of the fire.
