Procedure for Formulating the Disaster Prevention and Control Plan
According to Article 3 of Circular 02/2021/TT-BNNPTNT stipulating the sequence of natural disaster prevention and control planning as follows:
Reviewing and collecting documents; investigating and surveying basic data.
Identifying and assessing risks and proposing solutions.
Developing a draft plan for natural disaster prevention and control; soliciting feedback from relevant agencies and units; absorbing, explaining, and amending the draft.
Issuing the natural disaster prevention and control plan: People's Committees at all levels shall approve and issue the natural disaster prevention and control plan of their respective level.
