Liquefied Petroleum Gas Origination
Based on Section 1.3.1 Clause 1 of the National Technical Regulation QCVN 8:2019/BKHCN issued together with Circular 14/2019/TT-BKHCN stipulates:
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG): A hydrocarbon product derived from petroleum with the main components being propane (C3H8), propylene (C3H6) or butane (C4H10), butylene (C4H8) or a mixture of these substances. At normal temperature and pressure, these hydrocarbons exist in a gaseous state, and when compressed to a certain pressure or cooled to an appropriate temperature, they change to a liquid state.
