Is the person in charge of fire prevention and fighting at the company entitled to an allowance when participating in drills?
As stipulated in Clause 4, Article 34, Decree 136/2020/ND-CP, it is regulated that:
- Members of the civil defense team participating in firefighting and prevention training and professional development are entitled to a daily allowance equivalent to 0.6 of the regional minimum wage; members of the facility and specialized firefighting and prevention teams participating in training and professional development are entitled to leave work, receive full salary and any other allowances (if applicable), and are entitled to a daily allowance equivalent to 0.3 of the regional minimum wage.
=> As such, individuals belonging to the facility firefighting force established by an enterprise who participate in specialized firefighting and prevention training programs conducted by the city police will receive full salary and an additional allowance equivalent to 0.3 of the regional minimum wage.
