Information on Complaints, Recommendations, and Received Information Through Hotline Regarding Environmental Pollution
Information on Reports and Requests for Environmental Pollution via the Hotline
Based on Clause 3, Article 4 of the Regulation on the receipt and handling of hotline information about environmental pollution issued together with Decision 174/QD-BTNMT in 2022, reports and requests for environmental pollution via the hotline (hereinafter referred to as hotline information) include:
a) Information about subjects and behaviors that discharge waste (wastewater, solid waste, emissions, noise) showing signs of causing environmental pollution;
b) Information about changes in environmental quality status that might be due to waste discharge behavior;
c) Other information related to environmental pollution.
Content of Information Received via the Hotline on Environmental Pollution
Based on Article 8 of this Regulation, the content of information received via the hotline on environmental pollution is as follows:
Information of the reporting organization or individual: Full name, address, phone number, email.
Name of the organization or individual with behaviors or signs of causing environmental pollution (if identified).
Time of occurrence or discovery of the incident.
Location of the incident.
Description of the type of pollution (wastewater, emissions, solid waste, noise); nature, extent of the incident (immediate, sudden or frequent, continuous); scope, level of pollution, or information about changes in environmental quality status that might be caused by waste discharge behavior.
Accompanying evidence: photos, videos, audio recordings, documents, and other records (if any).
Other information (if any).
