Form of Application Submission for Issuance of Certificate of Firefighting Equipment Inspection
According to Clause 6, Article 38 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP (Effective from January 10, 2021), the content is specified as follows:
The agency or organization shall submit 01 set of documents prescribed in Clause 5 of this Article to the competent Police authority specified in Clause 11 of this Article in one of the following forms:
- Directly at the One-stop Division of the competent authority;
- Online at the Public Service Portal of the competent authority (for documents and papers listed as state secrets, implementation shall comply with the provisions of the law on protecting state secrets);
- Through public postal services, through the service of enterprises, individuals, or via authorization as prescribed by law.
