Content of Decision on Declaration of State of Emergency Due to Natural Disaster Includes Which Information?

Based on Clause 2, Article 12 of Decree 66/2021/ND-CP stipulating the contents of the decision to announce an emergency situation regarding natural disasters, including the following key information:

a) Developments, scope of impact of natural disasters or incidents; incidents of disaster prevention and control works or construction works affected by natural disasters; the extent of damage to works; damages or potential risks that may occur, especially related to safety of human lives;

b) Immediate emergency measures needed to respond and remediate the consequences to prevent and minimize damage caused by natural disasters or incidents of the works;

c) Assignment of responsibilities to relevant agencies and units to implement the response and remediation.
