Application for Certificate of Fire Fighting and Prevention Professional Training

According to Clause 5, Article 33 of Decree 136/2020/ND-CP (Effective from January 10, 2021), this content is regulated as follows:

Application documents for the issuance of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Training Certificate:

- For training facilities, guidance on fire prevention and fighting operations organizing training: Request for inspection and issuance of training certificate (Form No. PC21); training plans, programs, and content; a list of brief biographies of the trained persons;

- For agencies, organizations, establishments requesting the Police authority or training facility for guidance on fire prevention and fighting operations to organize training: Request for training, inspection, and issuance of the training certificate (Form No. PC22); a list of brief biographies of the registered trainees;

- For individuals wishing to be trained and issued with the Fire Prevention and Fighting Training Certificate: Request for training, inspection, and issuance of the training certificate (Form No. PC23).
