Workers eligible for pensions: Are they entitled to Covid-19 support?
Based on Clause 2b, Article 21 of Decision 23/2021/QD-TTg stipulating the subjects and conditions for supporting employees who terminate their labor contracts but are not eligible for unemployment benefits as follows:

- Terminating the labor contract from May 1, 2021, to the end of December 31, 2021, but not qualifying for unemployment benefits, except for the following cases:
a) Employees unilaterally terminate labor contracts illegally.
b) Receiving retirement pension, monthly loss of working capacity allowance.
Thus, for employees who terminate their labor contracts to receive retirement pensions, although not qualifying for unemployment benefits, still do not receive Covid-19 support.
