Supervisory Board of the Vietnam Social Welfare Program and Project Support Fund
According to Clause 1, Article 11 of the Charter of the Vietnam Social Welfare Program and Project Support Fund issued together with Decision 434/QD-BNV in 2022, the regulations on the Supervisory Board of the Vietnam Social Welfare Program and Project Support Fund are as follows:
- The Supervisory Board of the Fund is established by the President of the Fund's Management Council pursuant to a Resolution of the Fund's Management Council. The Supervisory Board has at least 03 (three) members, including: Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Members.
Duties of the Supervisory Board of the Vietnam Social Welfare Program and Project Support Fund
According to Clause 2, Article 11 of the Charter of the Vietnam Social Welfare Program and Project Support Fund issued together with Decision 434/QD-BNV in 2022, the duties of the Supervisory Board of the Vietnam Social Welfare Program and Project Support Fund are as follows:
- The Supervisory Board of the Fund operates independently and has the following duties:
a) To inspect and supervise the activities of the Fund according to the Charter and legal regulations;
b) To report and recommend to the Fund's Management Council about the inspection, supervision results, and the financial and asset situation of the Fund;
c) In case of arising issues, the Supervisory Board is entitled to submit written reports and request the Fund's Management Council to review and resolve them according to the Fund's Charter and the legal regulations.
