Allocation and Assignment of Budget Estimates for the Development of TCVN and QCKT: What are the Regulations?
According to Clause 2, Article 6 of Circular 27/2020/TT-BTC (Effective from June 5, 2020) regulating the allocation and assignment of budget estimates for the development of TCVN, QCKT, specifically as follows:
=> Based on the state budget expenditure estimate allocated by the competent authority; Ministries, sectors, and localities shall allocate and assign budget estimates for the development of TCVN, QCKT according to the expenditure contents stipulated in the Law on State Budget, guiding documents, and this Circular; simultaneously sending it to the financial body of the same level and the State Treasury where transactions are conducted for verification and implementation.
