What are regulations on lower secondary school student uniforms in the summer in Vietnam?

Based on Article 4 of Circular 26/2009/TT-BGDDT:

Uniform Standards

1. Summer uniforms include:

a) shirts and trousers or traditional ao dai.

b) Shoes or sandals with back straps.

c) The school badge is attached to the left chest or the outer middle of the left sleeve (for students in general education institutions); attached to the left chest (for students at vocational secondary schools, university students).

For female students, if skirts are used, the skirt length must cover the knees.

If the ao dai is chosen as the uniform, only female students in high schools, vocational secondary schools, and universities will wear it.

2. Winter uniforms include:

a) Coats.

b) Trousers or skirts like the summer uniforms (for females).

c) The school badge is attached to the left chest or the outer middle of the left sleeve (for students in general education institutions); attached to the left chest (for students at vocational secondary schools, university students).

3. Aside from the regulated uniform days, students must dress neatly, cleanly, and seriously when coming to school on the remaining days.
