3. Evaluation of refresher training results
a) Learners are evaluated to meet the requirements and be issued the certification of refresher training as prescribed if they meet the following requirements:
- Fully participate in the refresher training program as required.
- Complete the evaluation of refresher training results as demanded by the refresher training institution and achieve a score of 05 (five) points or higher.
- Fully comply with the legal regulations on the refresher training of public employees; the learning regulations of the refresher training institution.
b) In case the learner's test or assignment or essay required by the refresher training institution is graded below 05 (five) points, they are allowed to retake the test or rewrite the assignment or essay once (01) according to the refresher training institution's regulations.
c) The refresher training institution specifies details regarding cases that do not meet the requirements for awarding the certification of refresher training in the refresher training regulations.
Thus, primary school teachers are evaluated to meet the requirements and be issued the certification of refresher training if they meet the following requirements:
- Fully participate in the refresher training program as required.
- Complete the evaluation of refresher training results as demanded by the refresher training institution and achieve a score of 05 (five) points or higher.
- Fully comply with the legal regulations on the refresher training of public employees; the learning regulations of the refresher training institution.

Based on sub-item 2, Section 5, Part 3 of the refresher training Program according to the professional title standards for primary school teachers issued together with Decision 2001/QD-BGDDT in 2023 regarding the organization of the refresher training program for primary school teachers as follows:

| Methods and forms of refresher training | - Regarding refresher training methods: Apply active teaching methods, diversify forms of teaching to support learners in maximizing the acquisition of necessary knowledge and skills, aiding in their studies and future work. - Regarding forms of refresher training: Directly, online, or a combination of both direct and online. refresher training institutions should choose suitable forms of refresher training that fit the context and ensure the achievement of refresher training goals. In case of organizing online or a combination of both direct and online forms, the refresher training institution must have an appropriate online refresher training system to ensure monitoring, evaluating the organization of refresher training. |
| Requirements for lecturers or speakers participating in the refresher training | - Lecturers or speakers participating in the refresher training program include: + Lecturers in higher education institutions with at least a minimum professional title of Lecturer (Grade 3) as stipulated in Circular 40/2020/TT-BGDDT and Circular 04/2022/TT-BGDDT; Circular 40/2020/TT-BGDDT; possessing knowledge, skills, and experience in teacher refresher training work; + Managers, scientists with a minimum title equivalent to Lecturer (Grade 3) and possessing knowledge, practical experience in primary education management. - Requirements for lecturers or speakers participating in refresher training: + Possess knowledge, skills, and experience suitable to the subject matter assigned to teach; + Understand the level, knowledge, and aspirations of learners; continuously update information to supplement, improve, innovate teaching content, methods, and data for teaching purposes; + Use appropriate teaching methods to achieve the refresher training goals; guide, encourage and bring forth the practical experiences of learners during the refresher training; + Comply with the program and material guidelines regarding the time for theoretical lectures, discussions, practice, and solving practical exercises; + Exhibit good political thought; treat learners politely, and maintain a civilized attitude in communication with learners. |
