According to the provisions of Article 37 of the charter for lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, and multi-level schools issued with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, prohibited actions for students include:
- Insulting the dignity and honor, infringing the physical integrity of teachers, school staff, and other students.
- Cheating in learning, testing, exams, and admissions.
- Buying, selling, using alcohol, beer, cigarettes, narcotics, other stimulants, and fireworks, or explosive substances.
- Using mobile phones or other devices while studying in class for purposes not related to learning and without the permission of the teacher.
- Fighting, causing disorder, or violating security at school and public places.
- Using or exchanging cultural products with content inciting violence or pornography; using toys or games that harm healthy development.
- Students must not commit other prohibited acts as prescribed by law.
What are regulations on students' uniforms in Vietnam?
According to clause 2, Article 36 of the charter for lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, and multi-level schools issued with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, students’ uniforms must be neat, clean, tidy, appropriate for age, and convenient for learning and activities at school.
