Thought life would change from here, who knew Ly Thong would again indulge in deceit, stealing my credit and pushing me into the clutches of the law. He concocted slanderous stories, landing me in a dark prison.

In prison, I thought my life was over. But heaven never closes all doors on anyone. My magical music resonated everywhere, enchanting Princess Quynh Nga. Thanks to that, I was exonerated and trusted by the king.

Then when the 18 lord nations invaded, once again, I stood up to defend our land. I used the magical music to captivate the enemy troops, causing them to lay down their arms and retreat.

In the end, the king married me to Princess Quynh Nga, and I lived a happy life. Looking back on my life, I realize that no matter how many hardships I face, as long as I have courage and integrity, I can overcome anything.

I am An Duong Vuong, the one who established the Au Lac kingdom, built the Co Loa Citadel, and crafted the divine crossbow. Recollecting those glorious years, I can't help but feel a surge of emotions.

After defeating the Thuc army, I ascended the throne, taking the title An Duong Vuong, and set the capital at Phong Khe. I understood that to protect the country, a strong citadel was essential. Cao Lo, a master craftsman, created an extremely potent divine crossbow. It could shoot hundreds of arrows at once, terrifying the enemy troops. Thanks to the divine crossbow, I defeated Trieu Da's forces, securing the borders.

But then, I made a grave mistake. I placed too much trust in the crossbow, became complacent and lost vigilance. I married my daughter My Chau to Trong Thuy, Trieu Da's son. Little did I expect Trong Thuy to be a traitor. He stole the divine crossbow and informed Trieu Da of Co Loa Citadel’s vulnerabilities.

I am Lang Lieu, one of King Hung’s children. Unlike my siblings, I was not fond of hunting and playing but devoted myself to agriculture. My siblings all brought exotic delicacies, but as I spent my years tilling the earth, I only knew rice, sweet potatoes.

The night before the contest, I dreamt of a god who said, "Nothing in the world is more precious than rice, the sustenance of people. Use sticky rice to make round and square cakes, symbolizing the sky and earth, and wrap them in green leaves, signifying parental care."

Under Article 1 of the Regulations on enrollment for lower secondary and upper secondary education promulgated with Circular 30/2024/TT-BGDDT:

Scope and regulated entities

  1. This regulation prescribes enrollment for lower secondary and upper secondary education.
  1. This regulation applies to lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, schools with multiple levels of education, educational institutions implementing general education programs; as well as related organizations and individuals.
  1. Enrollment for specialized schools is conducted in accordance with the regulations on enrollment articulated in their specific organizational and operational regulations.

Additionally, Article 2 of Circular 30/2024/TT-BGDDT states:

This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2025.

Therefore, enrollment to 6th grade in 2025 will follow the regulations issued alongside Circular 30/2024/TT-BGDDT.

For lower secondary schools affiliated with parent universities, universities, and research institutes, the enrollment council for lower secondary education is directly managed and established by the Parent University's Director, University's Principal, or Institute's Director.

(2) Responsibilities and powers of the enrollment council for lower secondary education

- Organize the registration and enrollment processes; propose the list of accepted students; recommend rewards for individuals and organizations with achievements; propose sanctions against individuals and organizations violating the admission regulations.

- Specific responsibilities and powers of the enrollment council for lower secondary education are defined by the Division of Education and Training or parent universities, universities, and research institutes managing them.
