+ If due to mistakes or confusion caused by the admission staff or the candidate, the training institution will proactively cooperate with relevant individuals and organizations to review the evidence and decide on the acceptance of the candidate or defer the admission results for the candidate to enroll later.

- Candidates who have confirmed admission at one training institution are not allowed to participate in admission consideration elsewhere or in subsequent admission rounds, except as permitted by the training institution.

What is the time for supplementary admission in 2024 in Vietnam?

Based on Article 22 of the Regulations promulgated with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, the organization of registration and processing of supplementary admission is as follows:

- Based on the enrollment targets and the number of admitted candidates who have confirmed enrollment in the programs, the admission council of the training institution considers and decides on the supplementary admission rounds.

The training institutions announce the supplementary admission plan, selection methods, and registration forms for the supplementary rounds; the selection conditions for each program according to various selection methods but not lower than the previous round's selection conditions.

- Candidates who have not been admitted or have been admitted but have not confirmed enrollment at any institution can register for the supplementary admission rounds according to the training institution's plan and guidance.

- At the end of each supplementary round, the training institution announces on the electronic information page the admission scores (and any additional conditions or criteria if any) for the programs according to the selection methods; organizes for candidates to check their personal selection results; sends admission notices and instructions to admitted candidates for enrollment.

Simultaneously, according to the 2024 Plan for University Admissions and College Admissions in Early Childhood Education issued with Decision 1139/QD-BGDDT 2024, the organization of registration and processing of supplementary admission is stipulated as follows:

- Announcement of supplementary admission: From August 28, 2024

- Selection of subsequent rounds and updating the list of admitted candidates and enrollment as prescribed: From September to December 2024
