- Practice and compete in Horse Racing (Horse Racing).

- Practice and compete in Sports Fencing (Sports Fencing).

- Shooting practice and competition (Sport shooting).

- Practice and compete in Archery (Archery).

- Practice and compete in Gymnastics (Gymnastics).

- Practice and compete in acrobatic gymnastics on a spring net (Acrobatic Gymnastics).

- Practice and compete in boat racing (Rowing, canoeing, and traditional boat racing).

2. Business conditions for sports activities require a training instructor in Vietnam

Enterprises doing sports activities that provide sports training guidance services or running sports activities in the List of sports activities that are required to have a training instructor prescribed by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism must meet the following conditions:

- There is a sports training instructor who meets one of the following conditions:

+ Be a coach or athlete with a level of level 2 or higher or equivalent in accordance with the registered business sports activities;

+ Have a degree in sports from an intermediate level or higher suitable for registered business sports activities;

+ Receive specialized sports training according to the regulations of the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

- Have facilities and sports equipment that meet national technical standards issued by the Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism.

3. Procedures for reissuing the Certificate of eligibility for sports activities business require a training instructor in Vietnam

Pursuant to Article 22 of Decree 36/2019/ND-CP, the procedures for reissuing the Certificate of eligibility as follows:

- The enterprise sends 01 application dossier to the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility where the sports business location is registered, or where the enterprise is headquartered, in case the enterprise has multiple business locations. sports activities.

The agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility shall grant the enterprise a document to receive the application. In cases where documents need to be amended or supplemented, the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility shall notify the enterprise directly or in writing of the contents that need to be amended or supplemented within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the application.

- Within 05 working days from the date of receipt of complete documents according to regulations, the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility evaluates the documents and re-issues the Certificate of Eligibility. In case of not reissuing, the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility must respond in writing and clearly state the reason.

- Receiving documents and returning results is done at the headquarters of the agency issuing the Certificate of Eligibility or by post, or electronically.
