Vietnam’s guidelines on support for sustainable business of enterprises during 2022-2025 

According to the Circular, guidelines on support for sustainable business of enterprises are as follows: 

- Organizations promoting sustainable business development shall use the set of tools for assessing the level of enterprises applying sustainable business model and provide support in compliance with the principles prescribed in Article 3 of Circular No. 13/2023/TT-BKHDT.

- Regarding small and medium-sized enterprises engaging in sustainable business: provide support as follows: 

+ The state budget shall provide support for small and medium-sized enterprises engaging in sustainable business regarding counseling, technology, and trade promotion according to Article 11, Article 22, and Article 25 of Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP and Circular No. 06/2022/TT-BKHDT. 

+ Support for counseling.  

+ Support for technology.

+ Support for trade promotion and market expansion. 

+ Support for participation in training courses on entrepreneurship, enterprise administration, and in-person training at enterprises.

+ Support for in-depth training in applying and developing sustainable business models.

Procedures for support shall comply with Article 32 of Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP and Article 3 of Circular No. 06/2022/TT-BKHDT.

- Regarding enterprises engaging in sustainable business: support shall comply with Clauses 1, 2, and 4 Article 3 of Circular No. 13/2023/TT-BKHDT:

+ Other enterprises engaging in sustainable business shall receive support for counseling, technology, and trade promotion following contents prescribed in Point a Clause 2 Section II of Program 167.  

+ Other enterprises engaging in sustainable business shall receive support for training and in-depth training in Vietnam or overseas from the off-budget financial fund under forms and contents decided by the organizations promoting sustainable business.
