Recently, the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam promulgated Official Telegram 905/CD-BGDĐT on organizing teaching and learning to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to the Official Telegram, for localities that are implementing social distancing and not organizing face-to-face teaching at schools, they deploy online teaching in combination with teaching on television with theoretical and guide students to effectively exploit textbooks for learning.

For grades 1 and 2, priority is given to teaching on television and not conducting periodic tests and assessments during this period, and organizing review before periodic testing and evaluation when studying. students go back to school.

For grades 3 to 12, online teaching is the mainstay, teaching on television is supplementary, with priority given to senior grades; guiding the organization of lessons, online lessons do not last as long as studying directly in class to ensure the health and psychophysiology of students when they have to come into contact with computers, phones, and televisions.

For localities that basically control the COVID-19 epidemic, making the most of the time when students can go to school to teach directly, especially the content of practice, experiment and review combination consolidate theoretical content learned online, learn on television, ensure safety to prevent and control epidemics according to regulations.
