Vietnam: Guidelines for the procurator's statements in some civil cases

Instruction 20/HD-VKSTC on the procurator's statements when participating in the trial of civil, marriage and family, business, commerce and labor cases issued on February 23, 2021 in Vietnam.

According to Vietnam's Instruction 20/HD-VKSTC, the Supreme People's Procuracy of Vietnam guides the procurator's speech activities when participating in the trial of 10 types of civil cases, specifically including:

Civil disputes related to "Disputes over land use rights", "Contract disputes related to land use rights";
The case "Disputes over inheritance of property;
The case "Dispute over the property loan contract";
The case "Disputes over marriage and family";
The case "Disputes between members of the company and the company" or "Disputes between members of the company";
The case of "Disputes over credit contract";
The case "Disputes over construction contract";
The case "Dispute over the contract of sale and purchase of goods";
The case "Dispute about unilateral termination of labor contract";
The case "Disputes over the performance of labor contracts".
