Vietnam: Forms for adoption of procedures for transiting goods through the ACTS

Recently, the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued Circular No. 42/2020/TT-BTC on information fields and forms for adoption of procedures for transiting goods according to Decree No. 46/2020/NĐ-CP dated April 09, 2020 of Vietnam’s Government prescribing customs procedures, customs supervision and inspection of goods in transit through the ASEAN Customs Transit System (hereinafter referred to as “ACTS”) for implementation of Protocol 7 on Customs Transit System.

Attached to Circular No. 42/2020/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance of Vietnam are following annexes:

- Annex I: Forms for registering user accounts; revising information and canceling information of users on the ACTS.

- Annex II: Information fields related to customs procedures for goods in transit via the ACTS.

- Annex III: Document forms for printing.

- Annex IV: Forms of prioritized documents.

- Annex V: Forms of application for provision of documents.

- Annex VI: Forms of guarantee documents.
