Vietnam: Amendments to 5 Circulars on road usage fees

The Ministry of Finance of Vietnam promulgated Circular 135/2016/TT-BTC amending the Schedule of road usage fees issued with 05 Circulars. To be specific:

- Circular 93/2015/TT-BTC stipulates the collection rates, collection policies, payment, management, and use of road usage fees at Quán Hàu toll station, Quang Binh Province;

- Circular 95/2015/TT-BTC stipulates the collection rates, collection policies, payment, management, and use of road usage fees at the toll station at Km 763+800, National Highway 1, Quang Tri Province;

- Circular 167/2015/TT-BTC stipulates the collection rates, collection policies, payment, management, and use of road usage fees at the toll station at Km 943+975, National Highway 1, Quang Nam Province;

- Circular 192/2015/TT-BTC stipulates the collection rates, collection policies, payment, management, and use of road usage fees at the toll station at Km 1212+550, National Highway 1, Binh Dinh Province.
