Vietnam: 04 confidential State secrets in the field of State audit

Recently, the Prime Minister of Vietnam has issued the Decision No. 1663/QĐ-TTg promulgating the List of state secrets in the field of state audit.

State secrets in the field of state audit include:

- Audit plans on audits required by the National Assembly, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, President, Government, Prime Minister and the audit of the case showing signs of corruption that has not been disclosed;

- Auditing minutes of the audit team, minutes of inspection and comparison with agencies, organizations and individuals related to audit activities, minutes of confirmation of data and audit situation of the auditors which have not been disclosed;

- Contents of the audit report, notification of audit results, notice of conclusions and recommendations of the State Audit that have not been disclosed;

- Reports of the State Audit to competent state agencies on cases with signs of serious law violations detected through audit activities that have not been disclosed.
