Upgrading the HTKK 3.8.2 Application to Support Financial Statements According to Circular 133

The General Department of Taxation has just issued a Notice on the upgrade of the applications: Tax Declaration Support (HTKK), online tax declaration (iHTKK), Electronic Tax (eTax), iTaxViewer.

To be specific:

- Upgrade HTKK 3.8.2, iHTKK 3.6.2, eTax 1.4.2 to meet the business requirements according to Circular 133/2016/TT-BTC:- Add Financial Statements for small and medium enterprises operating continuously (Form B01a, Form B01b);- Add Financial Statements for small and medium enterprises operating non-continuously;- Add Financial Statements for micro-enterprises.- Upgrade the iTaxViewer application 1.4.4 to meet the upgrade contents of the HTKK, iHTKK, eTax application versions mentioned above.

Starting from March 23, 2018, when declaring tax returns related to the upgraded content, organizations and individuals paying tax shall use the declaration forms in the HTKK 3.8.2, iHTKK 3.6.2, eTax 1.4.2 applications instead of the previous versions.

Note: The deadline for submitting the 2017 Corporate Income Tax Finalization Dossier and Financial Statements is extended to April 2, 2018 (Monday, because March 31, 2018 falls on a holiday).
