The Courts of Vietnam coordinate to carry out 5 works in the peak of attack and crime suppression

Coordinate to comply with the Official Dispatch No. 422/BCĐ dated December 7, 2020, the Supreme People's Court requested the comrades, based on their functions and duties as prescribed by law, to direct the unit to perform the works as follows:

- Speeding up the trial of criminal cases in general, focusing on organized crimes, "black credit", gambling, organized gambling, child sex abuse, smuggled, etc.;

- Actively coordinate with relevant agencies to organize public trials of key cases, especially cases that provoke public opinion, cases of organized crime, using sophisticated tricks, insidious, etc.;

- The district-level People's Courts shall urgently coordinate with the centers that are managing addicts to organize meetings to consider and settle eligible dossiers to send addicts to compulsory detoxification establishments;

- Actively coordinate and join with the Police force to implement plans to ensure security and order, carry out the peak period of fighting and suppressing crimes, and protect the New Year of the Ox 2021;

- Continue to strictly implement the Government's instructions on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic, actively participate in the prevention and control of natural disasters, storms and floods to ensure security and order.

Note: The peak implementation time is until the end of February 28, 2021.
