Replacing Forms Related to the Aviation Sector Effective February 16, 2024

To be specific, Decree 15/2024/ND-CP replaces the forms issued along with Decree 30/2013/ND-CP dated April 8, 2013, regarding the business of air transport and general aviation activities as follows:

- Replace Form No. 03 (Certificate of Registration for General Aviation Activities) with Form No. 03 Annex I issued along with Decree 15/2024/ND-CP

- Replace Form No. 06 (Application for Certificate of Registration for General Aviation Activities) with Form No. 06 Annex I issued along with Decree 15/2024/ND-CP

- Replace Form No. 08 (Application for Trademark Registration) with Form No. 08 Annex I issued along with Decree 15/2024/ND-CP

- Replace Form No. 09 (Certificate of Trademark Registration) with Form No. 09 Annex I issued along with Decree 15/2024/ND-CP

- Replace Form No. 10 (Application for Reissuance of Certificate of Registration for General Aviation Activities) with Form No. 10 Annex I issued along with Decree 15/2024/ND-CP

At the same time, Decree 15/2024/ND-CP also replaces the forms issued along with Decree 92/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016, which regulates conditional business sectors in the aviation field (amended by Decree 64/2022/ND-CP dated September 15, 2022) as follows:

- Replace Form No. 01 (Declaration for the Application of Air Transport Business License/General Aviation Business License) with Form No. 01 Annex II issued along with Decree 15/2024/ND-CP

- Replace Form No. 03 (Declaration for Issuance/Reissuance of License for Providing Aviation Services at Airports or Aerodromes) (which was replaced by Annex II issued along with Decree 64/2022/ND-CP) with Form No. 03 Annex II issued along with Decree 15/2024/ND-CP

Note: Certificates of Registration for General Aviation Activities and Certificates of Trademark Registration issued before February 16, 2024, will remain valid until they are revoked.
