Dossier for First-Time Registration to Take the Price Appraiser Exam from June 27, 2023

To be specific, the dossier for first-time registration to take the price appraiser exam from June 27, 2023, will include:

- A registration form with a 4x6cm color photo taken within 06 months up to the date of registration, according to the form stipulated in Appendix No. 02a.

- A certification of actual working time at agencies or units in specialized fields as stipulated in Clause 3, Article 4 of Circular 46/2014/TT-BTC, signed by the legal representative and sealed by the agency or unit according to the form stipulated in Appendix No. 02b issued with Circular 46/2014/TT-BTC;

- The individual registering for the exam must register to take at least 3/5 of the specialized subjects stipulated in point a, Clause 1, Article 8 of Circular 46/2014/TT-BTC;

(Previously, according to Circular 46/2014/TT-BTC, the registration form had to be certified by the agency, unit where the applicant was working, or by the people's committee at the ward or communal level where the applicant resides)

- Resume;

(No longer required to be certified by the agency, unit where the applicant is currently working or by the people's committee at the ward or communal level where the applicant resides as before)

- A certified copy of the ID card or passport;

- A certified copy of the university or postgraduate diploma stipulated in Clause 2, Article 4 of Circular 46/2014/TT-BTC;

- Certified copies of certificates stipulated in Clause 4, Article 4 of Circular 46/2014/TT-BTC;

For cases exempt from submitting the Price Appraisal Training Certificate as specified in Clause 4, Article 4 of Circular 46/2014/TT-BTC, if the associate, university, or postgraduate diploma does not clearly state the major in pricing or price appraisal, the candidate must submit a certified transcript proving studies in these majors;

- 03 (three) 4x6cm color photos taken within 06 months up to the registration date, and 03 (three) stamped envelopes clearly stating the name and address of the recipient;

- Exam fee receipt.

Circular 43/2023/TT-BTC is effective from June 27, 2023.
