Organizational Work of the Family and Juvenile Court

The Supreme People's Court has just issued Official Dispatch 99/TANDTC-PC regarding the implementation of the establishment of the Family and Juvenile Court. Accordingly:

- Based on job requirements, actual case trials, and the staffing policies of Judges, Examiners, and Clerks of each Court, the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court decides on the organization of Family and Juvenile Courts at the provincial and district levels.

- Direct the personnel affairs and physical infrastructure for the Family and Juvenile Courts, such as counseling – reconciliation rooms, children's rooms, medical assistance rooms, and friendly courtrooms.

- Coordinate with political - social organizations, social welfare organizations, healthcare agencies, and educational institutions at the central and local levels to effectively handle cases under the jurisdiction of the Family and Juvenile Courts.

The first specialized Family and Juvenile Court under the provincial People's Court was organized in Ho Chi Minh City.
