Responsibilities of Organizations and Individuals Owning Telecommunications Works Leasing Cable Networks in Buildings and Passive Telecom Infrastructure in Vietnam

- Comply with the provisions on managing rental prices for using cable networks in buildings and rental prices for passive telecom infrastructure as provided in this Circular, the legal provisions on prices, and related legal documents.

- Fully and promptly provide relevant documents and information related to rental prices when government agencies issue official requests for reports from organizations and individuals; be legally responsible for the accuracy, rationality, and validity of reported data and documents.

Circular 07/2024/TT-BTTTT takes effect from August 16, 2024.
