Circular 01/2024/TT-VPCP applies to collectives, officials and public employees, and laborers in Departments, General Departments, units, and public service providers under the Government Office of Vietnam.

Guidelines on standards for awarding the title of Excellent Labor Collective of the Government Office of Vietnam

The title "Excellent Labor Collective" is awarded annually to collectives meeting the criteria specified in Clause 1, Article 27 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022.

The subjects eligible for consideration for the title "Excellent Labor Collective" include:

- Departments, General Departments;

- The Government of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal, National Convention Center, 37 Hung Vuong Conference Center, La Thanh Guesthouse, Thong Nhat Hall;

- Office of the Party Affairs Committee of the Government of Vietnam, Office of the Party Union, Office of the Trade Union, Youth Union;

- Offices, Committees, and equivalents under the units: Departments, General Departments; The Government of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal, National Convention Center, 37 Hung Vuong Conference Center, La Thanh Guesthouse, Thong Nhat Hall.

Standards and Subjects for Awarding the Title "Advanced Labor Collective" in Vietnam

The title "Advanced Labor Collective" is awarded annually to collectives meeting the criteria specified in Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022.

The subjects eligible for consideration for the title "Advanced Labor Collective" include:

- Departments, General Departments;

- The Government of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal, National Convention Center, 37 Hung Vuong Conference Center, La Thanh Guesthouse, Thong Nhat Hall;

- Office of the Party Affairs Committee of the Government of Vietnam, Office of the Party Union, Office of the Trade Union, Youth Union;

- Offices, Committees, and equivalents under the units: Departments, General Departments; The Government of Vietnam Electronic Information Portal, National Convention Center, 37 Hung Vuong Conference Center, La Thanh Guesthouse, Thong Nhat Hall.

Circular 01/2024/TT-VPCP takes effect in Vietnam from August 28, 2024.
