- Electronic network includes: dedicated network; electronic information portal or electronic information page of the CSDL management agency with the methods:- Providing one-time access codes;- Indicating the access address to download data;- Sending email attachments.- Contractual form: The CSDL management agency agrees with organizations or individuals in need of exploiting and using CSDL in accordance with civil law and other relevant laws;- Request form or document requesting the provision of data: Organizations or individuals in need send the request form/document to the CSDL management agency by submitting it directly or sending it through postal services, electronic network, official dispatch, or fax.

Circular 20/2016/TT-BTNMT is effective from October 10, 2016.
