Decree 74: Amending Regulations on Salary Management for Viettel

Recently, the Government of Vietnam has issued Decree 74/2020/ND-CP amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree 121/2016/ND-CP of the Government of Vietnam on the pilot management of labor and wages for the Military Telecommunications Group for the period 2016 – 2020.

The determination of the wage fund for employees engaged in production and business tasks at the restructuring scheme of the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group is determined as follows:

- During the period from the time of taking on the new production and business task until the end of the fiscal year immediately following the year of reception, the implemented wage fund is determined based on the actual average number of employees used and the maximum wage level equal to the average wage of employees performing that production and business task at the Parent Company - Military Industry and Telecommunications Group in the year immediately preceding the transfer period;- After the aforementioned period, the annual implemented wage fund is determined based on the average number of employees performing and the actual average wage calculated according to labor productivity and actual profit compared to the preceding year.
