Content of Cost Norms for Importing National Reserve Goods at National Reserve Warehouse Gates

Cost norms for import and export of national reserve goods at the national reserve warehouse managed directly by the General Department of National Reserve are applicable to agencies, organizations, and individuals involved in the management, import, and export of national reserve goods.

Contents of the cost norms for import and export of national reserve goods at the national reserve warehouse managed directly by the General Department of National Reserve

(1) The cost norms for import and export of national reserve goods at the national reserve warehouse managed directly by the General Department of National Reserve are attached in the accompanying appendix.

(2) The cost norms for import and export of national reserve goods at the national reserve warehouse managed directly by the General Department of National Reserve are applied to pay for expenses related to the tasks of importing and exporting national reserve goods, as specified in the list of cost norm contents prescribed in Circular 18/2024/TT-BTC on the technical-economic norms for importing and exporting national reserve goods managed directly by the General Department of National Reserve.

(3) The cost norms for import and export of national reserve goods at the national reserve warehouse managed directly by the General Department of National Reserve, as stipulated in Clauses 1 and 2 of this Article, are the basis for estimating and managing costs and implementing the plan for the import and export of national reserve goods.

Circular 20/2024/TT-BTC takes effect from May 15, 2024, and replaces Circular 160/2015/TT-BTC which regulated cost norms for the import and export of national reserve goods managed directly by the General Department of National Reserve.
