- Part 1: Training on designing English language competency assessment tests under the National Foreign Language Proficiency Framework (7 topics);- Part 2: Training on actual English language competency test design under the National Foreign Language Proficiency Framework, applying a specific test format (7 topics);- Part 3: Practical research and final practical examination (1 topic).
