Completing amendments and supplements to a number of articles of the Land Law 2013 of Vietnam in 2022

Recently, the Government of Vietnam has just issued the Resolution No. 06/NQ-CP on action Program to continue the implementation of Resolution No. 24-NQ/TW active in response to climate change, improvement of natural resource management and environmental protection according to Conclusion 56-KL/TW .

According to the List of tasks, plans, programs, projects issued together with the Resolution No. 06/NQ-CP, the Government of Vietnam has assigned the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of Vietnam to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with ministries, branches and localities in, performing the following tasks of formulating plans, programs and projects:

- Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Land Law 2013 of Vietnam (completed in 2022);

- Formulate a strategy to develop the natural resources and environment sector to 2030, with a vision to 2040 (completed in 2021);

- Formulate a strategy to develop Vietnam's cartography industry and national geospatial infrastructure by 2030, with a vision to 2040 (completed in 2021);

- Develop a national strategy on climate change for the period up to 2030 (completed in 2021);

- Formulate a strategy for the development of hydrometeorology until 2030 (completed in 2021);

- Formulate the National Land Use Strategy to 2030, with a vision to 2050 (completed in 2022);
