02 Gift Levels for Persons of Merit on July 27, 2023

Gifts for persons who have rendered services to the revolution on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023). To be specific:

(1) The 600,000 VND gift level is given to:

- Persons who have rendered services to the revolution:

+ Heroic Vietnamese Mothers who are receiving monthly preferential allowances and individuals who have been awarded the title of Heroic Vietnamese Mothers before July 28, 2023, but have not completed procedures to receive monthly preferential allowances.

+ War invalids, persons entitled to policies as war invalids, type B war invalids, and sick soldiers with a body injury rate of 81% or more who are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

+ Individuals who participated in the resistance and were exposed to toxic chemicals with a body injury rate of 81% or more who are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- Relatives of martyrs who are receiving monthly nurturance allowances; relatives of two or more martyrs who are receiving monthly death grants.

(2) The 300,000 VND gift level is given to:

- Persons who have rendered services to the revolution:

+ War invalids, persons entitled to policies as war invalids, type B war invalids, and sick soldiers with a body injury rate of 80% or less who are receiving monthly preferential allowances. War invalids who are receiving labor loss policies.

+ Individuals who participated in the resistance and were exposed to toxic chemicals with a body injury rate of 80% or less who are receiving monthly preferential allowances.

- Representatives of martyrs' relatives.

- Persons worshiping martyrs (in cases where martyrs have no relatives).

Thus, the gift level for persons of merit on July 27, 2023, is the same as the gift level in Decision 754/QD-CTN in 2022 regarding gifts on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2022).

Decision 715/QD-CTN is effective from the date of signing and issuance.
